Getting Here
Your room will be available from 2:00 p.m. on the day of your arrival. Early check-in is possible by arrangement and subject to availability.
Departure
On the day of departure, your room will be available until 11:00 a.m. You can store your luggage at the front desk free of charge.
Please contact the hotel front desk well in advance if you need to change your departure date. Cancellation fees may apply in the event of a late arrival or early departure.
Allergies & Food Intolerances
Hypoallergenic bedding: Our duvets are hypoallergenic. We are happy to exchange feather pillows for hypoallergenic pillows upon request.
Please let us know about any allergies in advance. Gluten-free and lactose-free options are available daily at our breakfast buffet.

Use the red sign on your door to indicate that you wish to have complete privacy. If you use the sign, your room will not be cleaned.

You can borrow an iron and ironing board at the front desk. A laundry service is available Monday through Friday.

You can open the glass main entrance door at any time using your room key. Our night porter is on duty after 10:00 p.m.
electric vehicle
You can charge your electric car at our three charging stations located right at the hotel entrance for a fee. Please check in at the front desk before 10:00 PM to start the charging process.

In the event of a fire, please evacuate the building immediately using the marked escape routes. A floor plan is available in every room.
