Check-in: Your room will be available from 2:00 PM on the day of your arrival.

Check-out: Please vacate your room by 11:00 a.m. You are welcome to leave your luggage at the front desk. Please contact us in advance if you need to change your check-out time.

Allergies: We provide hypoallergenic bedding. Gluten- and lactose-free breakfast items are available at our buffet.

Payment: Please settle your bill upon departure in cash, by debit card, or by credit card. You can alsobookyour stay directlyonlinehere.

Additional services: You can find extra blankets or pillows in the closet or the wooden chest. An iron is available upon request at the front desk.

Please do not disturb: Hang the red sign on the outside of the door if you do not want your room cleaned.

Dogs: Pets are allowed in select rooms (€10 per night). Dogs are welcome in the wine bar, but are not permitted in the restaurant or the winter garden.

Toiletries: Toothbrushes, shaving kits, sewing kits, earplugs, and hair dryers are available free of charge at the front desk.

No Smoking: Smoking is prohibited throughout the building. If this rule is violated in the rooms, we will charge a cleaning fee of €150. A designated smoking area is available in front of the main entrance.

Restaurant: As a bed-and-breakfast, we serve breakfast. For dinner, we’d be happy to recommend restaurants in the area.

Valuables: Please use the in-room safe. The hotel is not liable for valuables left unattended in the room.
