Our General Terms and Conditions (GTC) for the Hotel Donauhof govern the contractual basis of your stay.
Getting There
Your room will be available starting at 2:00 p.m. on the day of your arrival. Early check-in is possible by arrangement and subject to availability.
Departure
On the day of departure, your room will be available until 11:00 a.m. You can store your luggage at the front desk free of charge.
Please contact the hotel front desk well in advance to discuss any changes to your check-out date. Cancellation fees may apply in the event of a late arrival or early departure.
Allergies & Intolerances
Hypoallergenic Bedding: Our comforters are hypoallergenic. We are happy to exchange feather pillows for hypoallergenic pillows upon request.
Please let us know about any allergies in advance. Gluten-free and lactose-free items are available daily at our breakfast buffet.

Duvet / Pillow
Extra blankets and pillows can be found in the closet or the wooden chest in your room.
Payment
Please pay your bill upon checkout in cash, by debit card, or by credit card. We only accept payment on account from regular clients. You can alsobookyour stay directlyonlinehere.
"Do Not Disturb"
Use the red sign on your door to indicate that you want complete privacy. If you use the sign, your room will not be cleaned.
Iron or ironing service
You can get an iron and ironing board at the front desk. A laundry service is available Monday through Friday.

Front Door
You can open the glass main entrance door at any time with your room key. Our night porter is on duty starting at 10:00 p.m.
Electric vehicle
You can charge your electric car at our three charging stations located right at the hotel entrance for a fee. Please check in at the front desk before 10:00 p.m. to start charging.

Fire
In the event of a fire, leave the building immediately via the marked escape routes. A map is posted in every room.
Breakfast
The breakfast buffet is available Monday through Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. and on weekends and holidays from 7:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.

Smoking and the use of heating and cooking appliances in the room are strictly prohibited to prevent fire hazards.
Beverages
You can purchase beverages directly at the front desk. Enjoy them in your room or in our cozy wine bar.

Towels
Extra towels are available in the closet. To help protect the environment, towels will be replaced only if they are left on the floor.
Dogs
Dogs are allowed in select rooms for a fee of 10 euros per night. They are not permitted in the restaurant or the winter garden.
Hygiene Products
Toothbrushes, shaving kits, and other toiletries are available free of charge at our front desk upon request.

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the Hotel Donauhof without a password. You can get an Ethernet cable at the front desk.
